Primer is designed to keep your health information on your own device. This page explains what we collect on the website, and what stays local.

What we collect on this website

• Your email address and a hashed password so you can log in.
• Basic session data (a cookie) so you stay logged in.
• Your subscription status and Paddle customer/subscription references so we can grant paid access.

What we don't collect

• Your health entries, conversations, or PDF briefings — those live on your own device, encrypted with a passphrase only you know.
• Analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising pixels.

Email

We use email only to send you a verification code when you create an account.

Payments

Paddle is our merchant of record and processes checkout, taxes, receipts, refunds, and subscription management. Primer never receives or stores your full card number or security code. Paddle handles payment data under its privacy policy.
